The Yale Bulldogs Baseball team were winners of the Eastern Intercollegiate Baseball League Championship (EIBL) in 1948, the de-facto Ivy League conference from 1930-1992. This league also included the collegiate athletics stalwarts Army and Navy.
The squad advanced to the College World Series that year, led by captain and third-baseman (and J. Press customer), George H. W. Bush.
This jersey pays homage to that championship team from 1948, made with genuine baseball flannel and finished with authentic felt lettering.
